A new EU-CIVCAP blog post has been published by Daniela Irrera, Associate Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Catania and our third Expert of the Month. The post is entitled, “The Unbearable Lightness of bargaining: the EU, Turkey and the refugees”.

The EU-CIVCAP Expert Network brings together academics and practitioners from across the spectrum of peacebuilding research and practice. Each month a member of the Expert Network is appointed Expert of the Month, and will publish a blog article on a peacebuilding-related topic of their choice. They will also be contactable via a form for the duration of their tenure.
