Anna Penfrat is Project Officer at EPLO. She coordinates the work of EPLO on EU institutions and policies, including the Common Security and Defence Policy, as well as on EU-Africa relations. Prior to joining EPLO, she worked for different peacebuilding NGOs, focusing on programme support and EU fundraising.
