European Peacebuilding Liaison Office

EPLO is the leading platform of European NGOs, NGO networks and think tanks active in the field of peacebuilding. This expertise on conflict prevention and peacebuilding issues enables EPLO to lead WP3 on conflict prevention capabilities and policies. EPLO has also a long-standing experience in European research project and has participated in numerous networks. Given its extensive membership (32 member organisations based in 13 European countries), EPLO contributes to maximise the impact of this project on the European continent.

Participating Team members

Anna Penfrat

Anna Penfrat is Project Officer at EPLO. She coordinates the work of EPLO on EU institutions and policies, including the Common Security and Defence Policy, as well as on EU-Africa relations.

Ben Moore

Ben Moore is a Senior Policy Officer at EPLO. Since 2009 he has coordinated EPLO’s working groups on funding for peacebuilding, and peacebuilding and development.

Nabila Habbida

Nabila Habbida joined EPLO in June 2013 to support EPLO’s analysis and advocacy towards EU Member States on EU policy and thematic issues related to peacebuilding and conflict prevention.

Sonya Reines-Djivanides

Sonya Reines-Djivanides is the Executive Director of EPLO and a peacebuilding professional with over ten years of experience in international conflict resolution.

Terri Beswick

Terri Beswick is an analyst specialising in peace and conflict policy. She has nine years of experience working in international policy in the UK, France, Belgium, Jordan and the Netherlands.
