Lessons from EU conflict prevention efforts in the Western Balkans and the Horn of Africa (22 November 2017) - Through ten CSDP deployments in the Western Balkans and the Horn of Africa, the EU has sought to prevent conflict and contribute to peacebuilding in both regions.
