Capabilities in conflict prevention and peace-building: technology, personnel and procedures
This Work Package assesses relevant case studies of key EU capabilities (in terms of technology, personnel and procedures) in conflict prevention and peacebuilding, including dual-use technologies and key civilian expertise, in order to identify existing shortfalls. It will also identify the potential for pooling and sharing in the area of conflict prevention and peacebuilding.
