European and international responses to conflict early response
This Work Package puts particular emphasis on how the EU, its member states, the UN and the OSCE react to the emergence of violence and how they coordinate (or not) their efforts during the crisis response phase. This phase includes those measures launched by international actors in response to the outbreak of violence, including shuttle diplomacy and mediation between conflict parties.
